Went to check-in around 3:30 PM, told to return in half hour. Parking attendants should know to automatically ask guests whether or not they want bell service.
Expecting bell service, we lingered in the car for several awkward minutes before asking valet to please call bell hop. He stood a few feet away waiting for us to exit the vehicle. Arrived about 3:15 PM on 8/28/19, drove to valet, attendant didn't ask if we needed help with luggage.
